The story of Daisuke Miyatsu is a true legend. Dubbed as the “Salary-man Collector” (or, the Japanese Herbert Vogel), he’s a regular office worker and doesn’t have a big budget for art, but his collection is just as spectacular. He started collecting art with the budget of $1000 US dollar 20 years ago, but the big question is: is it still possible for a salaryman to collect art nowadays?
